Each vine is carefully trained on living supports, organically nourished, and managed using sustainable pest control methods. When the berries reach perfect maturity, they are handpicked, blanched briefly in hot water to enhance colour and aroma, and dried under hygienic conditions to achieve the ideal texture and moisture level. The cleaned and graded pepper is then packed in moisture-proof export bags to preserve its rich flavour and pungency. From traditional cultivation to modern processing, every step ensures premium-quality black pepper that embodies Kerala’s spice legacy.

Kerala’s misty highlands of Idukki, Wayanad, and Pathanamthitta nurture some of the world’s most aromatic and vibrant green cardamom. Grown under rich shade cover and in loamy, well-drained soils, each capsule is carefully handpicked at peak maturity to ensure full flavour and colour. After harvest, the capsules are gently cleaned and cured in controlled dryers at low temperatures to preserve their natural green hue and essential oils. They are then polished, graded by size and colour, and vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. This meticulous process—from eco-friendly cultivation to precision curing—produces export-grade cardamom celebrated globally for its purity, aroma, and lasting freshness.

Turmeric
Grown in Kerala’s fertile loamy soils, this premium turmeric variety is valued worldwide for its deep golden colour, strong aroma, and high curcumin content. Farmers use disease-free rhizomes, organic compost, and biofertilizers to ensure healthy, chemical-free crops. After harvesting, the rhizomes are thoroughly cleaned, boiled to perfection, and dried using clean solar or mechanical methods to maintain their natural colour and nutrients. Once dried, the rhizomes are polished for brightness and either packed whole or ground into fine powder using low-heat processing to retain essential oils. Carefully tested and vacuum-sealed for export, Kerala’s turmeric represents the perfect blend of traditional farming and modern quality standards, offering purity, potency, and global appeal.
